Background

I have been running Liddlow Typing Services since the end of 2006.

My experience prior to this was as a Legal Secretary/PA both in New Zealand and London.

I set my business up after I had my second son. My family is extremely important to me and I wanted to be more readily available at home, but still have the ability to provide for my family and keep my skills up to date.

The typing package I use is the digital Olympus AS4000, this is a fast and effective way of getting your typing to me wherever you may be in the world. I also have a micro/mini cassette machine, and a standard cassette machine.

My rate is $40 per hour. This rate is variable, sometimes depending on the job my rate may change (this will be based on the size of the job and the time I honestly think it will take). I am no longer GST registered.

I will inform you of the expected turnaround time, as well as keep you fully informed if there are any unexpected delays.

My company is based on the belief that my customers' needs are of the utmost importance. I am committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of my business is from repeat customers and referrals.

With my legal secretarial background all my work is confidential, however I am very happy to sign a confidentiality agreement if required.

Fiona provides an essential service for our firm. Her availability for transcription outside of standard business hours means we are able to meet client expectations. Her work is always of high quality and she is dependable and reliable.
